The Pointing Finger

I've been doing some cycling again lately around the more pleasant riverside suburbs, enjoying views of the river on the one side and beautiful riverside mansions on the other.

There's ugliness here too, however; for when you've paid millions for a riverside view, you don't want pesky trees growing on the public foreshore obscuring your views.  So some homeowners go out in the dead of night with tree poison to remedy their problems.

The Swan RiverTrust responds with these signs in places where trees have been destroyed, pointing an accusing finger at groups of homes that might visually benefit from the cutting down of these trees. The signs are also designed to obscure the views the the destruction of the trees were supposed to provide.
